The cornerstone of the new website is an extremely streamlined, accelerated ticketing process. "Quick Ticket" reduces buying a ticket to four easy steps. Visually, the new site seems „enlarged“, with movie trailers and catching photos drawing the user into the world of movies. Clever technology shortens loading times dramatically and eases the processing of content by the Cineplexx staff. A dedicated mobile version caters to the needs of already 40% mobile users. Netural also handled the accompanying marketing and social media support (Facebook, newsletter and apps). The next project step will be the local language roll-out in six additional markets in South East Europe.
Counting over one million visits per month, Cineplexx.at is one of Austria´s most-visited websites. This made the relaunch project exceptionally demanding, calling, e.g., for a beta phase during the transition to the new digital world of movies.
