Accessibility Statement
General Description of the Service
Netural GmbH endeavours to make its website accessible in accordance with the Accessibility Act (BaFG), Federal Law Gazette I No. 76/2023, implementing Directive (EU) 2019/882. This Accessibility Statement applies to the website www.netural.com and its subpages.
Degree of Compliance with Accessibility Requirements
This website is partially compliant with accessibility requirements due to the incompatibilities and exceptions set out below.
Non-Accessible Content
Notwithstanding our efforts, not all areas have yet been rendered fully accessible. With respect to the following points, a disproportionate burden has been temporarily invoked following an internal evaluation (pursuant to § 12 BaFG in conjunction with Annex VI of Directive 2019/882):
PDF Documents: Certain PDF documents made available for download have not yet been prepared in an accessible format. We are endeavouring to produce documents in an accessible manner on a successive basis. Should you require a specific document in an accessible format, please contact us at marketing@netural.com.
News Overview (Truncated Text): The visual truncation of titles (truncated text) may impair intuitive comprehension by screen readers. As remediation would require a fundamental redesign of the layout framework, this constitutes a disproportionate burden at the present time. The underlying information is, however, fully perceivable by assistive technologies.
Slider Components: The slider components used on the website currently exhibit technical deficiencies with respect to keyboard navigation (keyboard focus), resulting in inconsistent behaviour when tabbing through elements. A straightforward repair is not possible with the current technology. The entire module would need to be reprogrammed from the ground up and integrated into the website. Measured against the benefit to the website as a whole, this considerable expenditure of time and financial resources would constitute an excessive burden on our team at the present time (pursuant to § 12 BaFG).
Mobile Interaction (Swipe Gestures): The retrofitting of complex swipe gestures for contact tabs would require interventions in the core architecture. As operability by means of direct tapping constitutes a functional alternative, this is currently classified as disproportionate.
Video Content: Videos embedded in the website (MP4 videos, YouTube videos, etc.) are in part not provided with adequate subtitles or an accessible player. Furthermore, due to high production costs, audio descriptions are currently unavailable for archived videos. A comprehensive retrospective processing of the archive would, at the present time, exceed the economic capacity of the team responsible. For new video productions, we are examining options for the accessible presentation of information.
Explanatory Note on Language Form
In the interest of enhanced readability and clarity, the simultaneous use of multiple linguistic forms has been dispensed with. We endeavour to keep the language as comprehensible as possible in order to preserve content accessibility (principle of intelligibility). All references to persons are to be understood as inclusive.
Preparation of this Accessibility Statement
This statement was prepared on 24 February 2026. The assessment of compliance was conducted on the basis of a self-evaluation comprising automated testing and manual review.
