Many people are familiar with the problem: They want to share their medical history with their doctor, but lack the necessary information: results from previous examinations, medications, X-rays, self-measured values. The app "Vivellio" aims to make it easier for patients to get and stay healthy.

In all areas of life, apps help organize everyday life in a snap, practically from your pocket: from booking to boarding, from banking to dealing with government agencies. Only doctor's visits have remained surprisingly analog, despite the e-card and ELGA system. This may be due, on the one hand, to patients' healthy skepticism regarding data protection, and, on the other, to the lack of services available to date.
The iOS and Android app "Vivellio" by the Linz-based startup "Blockhealth" now closes this gap. "Vivellio" helps manage health data and appointments. Whether it's medical findings, medications, vaccinations, treatment appointments, or diary entries about pain or mood: With "Vivellio," all information is always at your fingertips. And not just your own: The premium version of "Vivellio" also allows you to create profiles for children or relatives in need of care.
Netural took on the technical lead for this project, focusing on the best user experience. The primary goal was to create a modern interface that's easy to understand even for those with little smartphone experience – without compromising on the app's many smart features.
Maximizing security
And data security? Maximum. "Vivellio" is GDPR-compliant and manages all sensitive information with end-to-end encryption in highly secure, certified data centers within the EU. If your smartphone gets lost, there's no risk thanks to the cloud. No health data is stored on the device itself. And if you want to share your documents and values with your treating physicians via "Vivellio" in the future, one thing always applies: The user alone decides who sees what.
