Netural pcknck #2

Sale performance is among the key factors determining the success of companies. Yet, digitalization in this area remains limited. While some explore first tools and projects to digitize their sales and services efforts, many opportunities remain untapped. The second Netural pcknck (and no, it’s not a typo) was dedicated to this topic.

The audience listens intently to the speakers.

The neologism "pcknck" stands for concise, highly focused expert input on a selected topic in a relaxed setting. As with the first edition of this innovative event format, pcknck #2 was held at the Netural agency premises in the Tabakfabrik in Linz. Around 40 guests responded to the call to explore "digital sales" together. David Gargitter (Swarovski), Franz-Xaver Burner (Salesexpert.at), Elisabeth Kneidinger (Silhouette), Herbert Kling (Meinungsraum.at), and Albert Ortig and Stephan Lechner (both Netural) contributed their experiences and ideas.

The core message? There's a lot to do and you need a lot of patience as the digitalisation of sales/service efforts cannot be achieved in one go; rather, it requires a basis of single, targeted efforts – from lead generation to data analytics and content creation. This is especially the case for B2B2C companies that traditionally focused on dealers and sales partners, and that now need to rethink their whole networks and processes.

Advancing step by step will pay off, though, and will eventually result in greater flexibility to respond to digital challenges and developments. That is if the company looks beyond technology and successfully manages the change that comes with digitalization, which is another beast entirely...
