Essen, July 2020: "The Red Dot Award Brands & Communication Design goes to Netural." For a project that makes us proud for obvious reasons: the EGGER Decorative Collection App.
The "Red Dot" jury's awards are hotly contested each year: 24 international experts select winners from thousands of submitted projects (6,992 this year) in a search for good design and creativity. Thus, the award is considered a testament to the highest design quality.
Version 5.x of the EGGER Decorative Collection app launched for iOS and Android in January 2020, and allows EGGER's global community of architects, interior designers, furniture designers, and carpenters to playfully navigate the entire EGGER decor selection.
Create individual collections of favorite decors, receive recommendations, add your own photos to mood boards, assign them to individual projects, check their availability and order samples – all through an interface that is optimized for mobile devices.
The Red Dot Award confirms that our bold approach involving all target groups from the earliest concept phases was the right one – 'bold' because naturally it raised expectations that then had to be met. However, it helped us achieve a balance between functionality and inspiration, something that now delights professionals and end consumers alike. And what's available today is just the beginning: together with EGGER, we're already working on the next exciting features.
