Welcome back, LIMAK DigiLab!

Platforms That Make Sense: The Road to Win-Win Paradise
20 Years of Digital Pioneering Partnership

It's always a pleasure: For the fifth time in a row, Netural hosted the "Digitalization Practice Lab”, a module of the LIMAK Austrian Business School MBA program "New Business Development in the Digital Economy".

The Digilab is the final module and highlight of the LIMAK study program. In two compressed days, students apply the skills they have acquired to solve real-life business cases. "We are happy to host the Lab," comments Netural CEO Albert Ortig, "all the more because we have a message for future business leaders. In one word, it is: user-centricity!"

The Linz-based digital agency has built a long success story on its uncompromising user-centricity, and has developed a failsafe approach proven in hundreds of successful digitalization projects ranging from "fairly standard" to "impossibly complex." "Ultimately, it's about making even the greatest complexity disappear behind a user interface that users find intuitive and enjoyable to navigate," says Ortig.

The Netural team makes no secret of its approach: On day 1 of this year's Digilab, the hosts introduced participants to the topic of "Digital Services – Strategy and Organization” and presented case studies to explain user-focused digital service development. A subsequent "Project Clarification" work group examined the art of asking the right questions in order to arrive at target-oriented answers. The day was rounded off with a workshop on the application of the Personas concept - a key element of the Netural method: Personas represent the individual user types that digital service developers need to focus on.

Building on this, the next day's morning workshop treated "Executive Journey Mapping based on Personas", followed by practice-oriented input for the participants' master's theses: Albert Ortig spoke about "Innovating in an Environment of Uncertainty", Martin Obermayr explained "Tooling - Developing Digital Services in Virtual Teams" and Irene Bouchal-Gahleitner treated "Organization - Companies in the Mindset of Self-Organization & Agility". A reflection and feedback session concluded this dense 2-day program.

Netural wishes all participants a successful graduation and looks forward to a fruitful future cooperation with LIMAK Business School.
