HR Coworking Days

Twelve days a year, HR Executives from a variety of industries come together to work collaboratively and exchange ideas with fellow HR professionals. Short input sessions and interactive exercises provide structure throughout the day, whilst leaving plenty of room to focus on developing your own ideas and working models. The thematic focus is determined by the participants themselves – the work centres on whatever is currently most relevant.

Forum and special events

The HR Coworking membership for 2026 includes, alongside the Coworking Days, participation in our HR Coworking Night and individual coaching sessions. Members also gain access to the exclusive HR Executive Forum for the ongoing exchange of questions and ideas, as well as the "Member of HR Coworking Lab" label for use in external communications.
