The Customer Platform "eva" Achieves a Top Ranking

With the UX Design Awards, the International Design Center Berlin honors outstanding, user-friendly digital innovations. With "eva", voestalpine's sales, logistics and product platform, Netural sent an enormously complex B2B solution into this year's competition - and made it into the illustrious circle of nominated works.

The International Design Center Berlin (IDZ) introduced the UX Design Awards in 2015 to reflect - and honor - the influence UX design on creating an enjoyable living environment. A jury of renowned experts nominates outstanding digital projects and selects the award winners. Just being nominated is a special honor, and the list of winners reads like a "Who's Who" of the German-speaking digital industry.

This year, Netural picked up such a nomination with "eva," the customer service platform of Austrian steel producer voestalpine. "eva" is an acronym for "enjoy voestalpine", and indeed the unique achievement of this business platform is to hide the breathtaking complexity of steel production under a highly convenient, intuitive user interface.

In addition to the exceptionally clear, simple and intuitive access to data and information for customers, the outstanding quality of this solution is its speed: On conventional B2B systems, even experienced specialists need hours to process one single order. Now "eva" accelerates all sales-relevant processes and information flows dramatically, making the processing of complex steel orders faster and easier than ever before: One login - and everything is available: Materials, quantities, transport capacities, relevant standards and technical documentation, delivery logistics... - "enjoy voestalpine" is a promise fulfilled.

Everyone involved is honored that the jury chose the “eva” project as a nominee from lots of international submissions. For sure, excellence in technology and UX proves itself in everyday use. And in this respect “eva” is really unbeatable.
