back to overviewBefore the relaunch, WOLF faced challenges familiar to many long-established digital platforms: the online presence — both in design and functionality — was no longer up to date, navigation was not intuitive enough, and the content management system was outdated, difficult to maintain, and lacked flexibility. The central question the team was asking? How can WOLF meet the demands of the digital world and guide both private customers and specialist partners along their journey in the best possible way?
To refine WOLF’s vision, we began the project with a vision workshop, where we worked together to sketch various digital future scenarios: Do we need a new website? A customer portal? An app? An intelligent chatbot? The possibilities were limitless. But digitalization requires focus. We prioritized the options and decided to start with those that promised the greatest impact: a new website and the specialist partner portal.
The website had to bring together two very different worlds: on the one hand, the needs of private homeowners seeking a comfortable living environment, and on the other, those of specialist partners and installers with deep technical expertise. In addition, the website was to be optimized for excellent SEO and SEA rankings to maximize digital visibility. To attract new talent, the careers section was also to be revamped.
The specialist partner portal was to include a secure login area and be designed so that WOLF’s B2B audience could quickly and efficiently access in-depth product information and technical manuals. The portal would also offer a transparent overview of invoices.
During an intensive concept phase, Netural first analyzed the different target groups and their needs. This was followed by a user testing phase with homeowners to explore the B2C user journey in detail. After refining the concept together with the WOLF team, we defined the roadmap for implementation — including alignment and feedback loops.
From day one, our team worked to a tight schedule. Regular check-ins ensured transparency and early identification of challenges. Clear projections helped detect bottlenecks in advance, while consistent project control ensured smooth execution. We also made sure the website was ready early for content population to reduce any risk of launch delays.
The technological foundation was deliberately chosen to be future-proof: the website is built on the headless CMS Storyblok, enabling flexible content management. A high-performance NUXT framework and Algolia search ensure speed and usability.
